Orthus (a subsidiary of Migen Service) is a fast-growing company specializing in industrial assembly and installation, industrial transfer, and handling.

We support our industrial clients on various projects, ranging from the complex transfer of a single machine to the transfer of an entire factory, as well as on their projects for the transformation and evolution of their production tools.

Our expertise is based on our ability to take charge of industrial projects in their entirety, from the analysis of needs and definition of the solution to the preparation and execution of on-site interventions.

As part of our development, we are looking for our Industrial Business Manager M/F.

A position of responsibility, combining business development, industrial project management, and management.

Your role Reporting to the management, you will take charge of the development and management of the Orthus activity.

You will intervene across the entire business cycle:

Development and loyalty of industrial clients

Identification of opportunities and qualification of needs

Estimation and construction of offers

Monitoring business profitability

Project management from A to Z

Coordination of teams and subcontractors

Monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality, and safety

Participation in the structuring and development of the team

You are at the heart of the activity, with a commercial, technical, and operational vision.

The profile sought We are looking for an experienced profile, capable of taking charge of business development and industrial project management.

Ideally, you have a background in Engineering, and can demonstrate:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position

Confirmed experience in industrial B2B business development

Experience in project management and business estimation

Experience in management or team coordination

Good knowledge of industrial environments and field constraints

A solid technical culture in electricity, mechanics, automation, or industrial handling

Professional English

Driving license (Permis B)

We are looking for a commercial, enterprising person who is comfortable with industrial interlocutors, both technical and decision-makers.

Your environment The position is based in Écully (69) and involves frequent travel, both in France and internationally, to industrial clients.

You will work in various sectors: agri-food, automotive, logistics, pharmacy, energy, and other industrial environments.
