Expert Industrial Combustion Engineer M/F

As part of our development, we are looking for an Expert Industrial Combustion Engineer M/F to strengthen our engineering teams. Your missions: Reporting to the Project Manager, you will intervene across the entire life cycle of industrial thermal equipment:
- Perform thermal studies and sizing calculations for industrial boilers and post-combustion systems.
- Design and optimize combustion chambers, heat exchangers, and associated equipment.
- Develop thermal and energy balances for installations.
- Select technical equipment: burners, fans, exchangers, refractories, instrumentation, etc.
- Write technical specifications intended for suppliers and implementation teams.
- Participate in design reviews and provide your expertise to project teams.
- Ensure the monitoring of manufacturing and implementation of equipment.
- Support the commissioning, testing, and optimization phases of installations on-site.
- Guarantee the compliance of proposed solutions with safety, energy performance, and environmental requirements.
- Be proactive in developing innovative solutions aimed at improving the reliability, performance, and energy efficiency of installations.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- Graduate of an engineering school or holder of an equivalent degree with a specialization in thermal engineering, energy, process engineering, or combustion.
- You have at least 10 years of experience in thermal engineering applied to industrial combustion.
- You possess recognized expertise in the sizing of:
- Industrial boilers
- Thermal oxidation systems
- Post-combustion chambers
- Heat recovery and exchange equipment
- You master:
- Thermal transfers
- Fluid mechanics
- Combustion phenomena
- Energy balances
- You are familiar with different combustion equipment (gas, fuel oil, biomass, alternative fuels) as well as associated environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in thermal calculation and simulation software is a real asset.
- You have a level of technical English allowing you to communicate with international partners.
