Join us and become part of an international team of experts at our German port location in Norden-Norddeich (Ostfriesland), working on renewable CO2-free energy solutions.

Welcome to Ørsted Continental Europe Operations You will become part of the Operations Execution department, where you will work together with colleagues in our offshore wind farms to apply your expertise and perform planned maintenance work and repair tasks. We work from our Service Operation Vessel, CTV's, and helicopters. As a team, we maintain a cooperative and diverse working environment and promote lifelong learning and development so that our employees can reach their full potential.

Your main tasks:

• you work in a team where safety is the highest priority
• you are responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and execution of repairs of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components on our Siemens SWT-4 type offshore wind turbines
• you perform work preparation activities, such as checking spare parts, tools, and equipment
• you contribute to the continuous improvement for the sustainable troubleshooting of our wind turbines.

These experiences and qualifications you bring with you:

• a successfully completed vocational training in the electrical field (electrician or comparable)
• several years of professional experience in troubleshooting and rectifying faults in electrical, mechanical, and/or hydraulic components
• a flexible attitude towards working hours, as we are very dependent on the weather, and the willingness to work in a 14/14 rotation on board our Service Operation Vessel
• good English skills in speaking and writing and a desire to work in an international team
• the ability to work at heights and on the open sea
• strong implementation skills, precision, a structured way of working, as well as high teamwork skills.
