Install, configure, and maintain office hardware, including desktop PCs, laptops, and peripherals.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues efficiently.

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and network setup for all office printers, copiers, and scanners .

Manage software installation, operating system updates (Windows/Mac), and anti-virus solutions.

Troubleshoot basic local network (LAN/Wi-Fi), router configurations, and internet connectivity issues.

Set up new user workstations, email accounts, and access credentials.

Provide fast on-site and remote technical support for staff across administrative offices and retail branches.

Maintain an inventory log of all IT equipment, hardware assets, and repair histories.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support roles.

Hardware Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in assembling, repairing, and troubleshooting PCs, laptops, and office printers (LaserJet, Thermal, Multi-function) .

Software Expertise: Deep knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office suite, domain environments, and basic data security.

Networking: Good understanding of TCP/IP, routers, switches, and cabling basics.

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, high sense of urgency, and strong communication skills.
