Mass & Retail Recruitment: Plan, organize, and execute high-volume Mass Recruitment campaigns and Open Recruitment Days across targeted regions and governorates.

Source, interview, and select operational front-line staff (Sales Crew, Cashiers, Baristas, Warehouse Workers, and Field Representatives) within tight deadlines.

Establish and maintain a diversified network of candidate sources, including local job offices, community centers, social media recruitment channels, and universities.

End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle: Collaborate with Branch Managers and Department Heads to evaluate manpower plans and address immediate staffing needs.

Create, post, and optimize attractive job postings on various recruitment platforms (Wuzzuf, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Telegram).

Conduct phone screenings, structured face-to-face interviews, and competency evaluations.

Facilitate technical interviews with hiring managers and follow up on candidate evaluation feedback.

Onboarding & Offer Management: Issue formal job offers, negotiate salary packages and benefits according to company grading structures, and secure candidate acceptances.

Partner with the Personnel/Personnel Administration team to collect and verify all required hiring documents prior to the join date.

Follow up on new hires during their 90-day probation period to assess integration, satisfaction, and reduce early turnover rates.

Metrics & Reporting: Maintain and update candidate databases, tracking sheets

and monthly recruitment metrics and dashboards (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Channel Effectiveness, and Vacancy Fulfillment Rate).

Analyze exit data and early resignation reasons for retail staff to suggest retention strategies.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.

Experience: 3 to 6 years of solid, hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, with a mandatory background in Retail, FMCG, or F&B sectors .

Mass Hiring Expertise: Proven track record and demonstrated success in managing end-to-end high-volume recruitment drives, field sourcing, and organizing Open Recruitment Days across different governorates.

Technical & Sourcing Skills: Advanced experience with recruitment portals (Wuzzuf, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media sourcing, and field networks).

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Advanced Excel for recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reporting.

Interpersonal & Behavioral Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills across all levels (from operational workers to mid-management).

High emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.

Mobility: Full flexibility and willingness to travel across branches and governorates for field sourcing and hiring events whenever required.
