Responsibilities and duties In the scope of tax litigation, acting in the administrative and judicial spheres with deadline scheduling, drafting and reviewing petitions and appeals, performing oral arguments; Preparation of reports; Participation in meetings with clients; In the scope of advisory law, drafting memorandums, analysis of legislation and jurisprudence; Organization of teamwork; Survey and analysis of documents within the e-cac (RFB) system and the State and Municipal Finance Secretariats. Requirements and qualifications Minimum of 08 years of experience in tax litigation and advisory in a law firm; Experience with direct and indirect taxes; Advanced English. Desirable: Knowledge of accounting and corporate law; Experience with audits.
