Your future workplace: Our international customer from the Defence industry is looking for you as a Buyer (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Examination and evaluation of procurement requirements
• Management and execution of tenders
• Creation of inquiries, offers, and purchase orders
• Execution of national and international market analyses
• Research, selection, and development of suitable suppliers
• Building and maintaining strategic supplier relationships
• Preparation and execution of supplier negotiations
• Close cooperation with project procurement and specialist departments
• Analysis of requirements and procurement markets
• Creation and evaluation of offer comparisons
• Identification and implementation of cost reduction potentials
• Independent negotiation within the defined area of responsibility

Your profile:

• Completed studies in a technical, business administration, or legal field or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in procurement
• Strong technical understanding and interest in technical products
• Knowledge of contract law as well as a structured and analytical way of working
• Confident handling of SAP and common Microsoft-Office applications
• Good English skills in speaking and writing, other foreign languages are an advantage
