Your future workplace: For our renowned customer from the aviation industry, you will be working at the Hamburg location as a Project Coordinator (m/f/d) Infrastructure Projects.

Your tasks:

• Collaboration in the project control of the infrastructure project "JEFAirS"
• Support for project control to ensure success; especially in relation to schedule, costs, quality
• Creation and maintenance of the project schedule (MS Project)
• Creation and maintenance of cost planning and cost monitoring (MS Excel)
• Preparation, processing, distribution, and tracking of Change Requests (Autodesk FORMA)
• Ensuring consistent and audit-proof project documentation
• Taking over organizational / administrative tasks
• Creation of documentation/ presentations in the context of the project
• Managing project reporting
• Supporting the teams in problem identification/ decision-making

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the field of project management, especially construction project management, is desirable
• Proficiency with common Office applications, especially MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Fluent English skills in speaking and writing are a requirement
• Willingness to travel within Europe
