We are looking for a clerk for our location in Unna (Otto-Hahn-Straße 27) to start immediately.

• Alternatively also as a working student (20 STD)

Your tasks:

• Working hours: daily control, correction, reporting to various interfaces

Preparation for payroll

• Contact person for all employees in personnel matters
• Interface between HR, department managers, team leaders, employees
• Communication with production, HR, co-partners
• Support HR with employment contracts
• Check employee records, documents and forward to HR
• Data maintenance and evaluation
• On a substitute basis: creation of the shift schedule, vacation plan, complaint statistics, personnel purchases

• Confident handling of MS-Office
• Sound Excel knowledge
• Teamwork skills
• High organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Careful and structured way of working
