Your future workplace: Are you a Complaint Handler (m/f/d) Supplier Quality Area? Then we are looking for you for an assignment at our customer in Biberach an der Riß from the mechanical engineering industry at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks:

• First point of contact for all supplier complaints in the plant
• Receipt, processing, and documentation of supplier complaints according to internal specifications
• Review of root cause analyses (e.g., 8D-Report, Ishikawa, FMEA) as well as the defined corrective and preventive measures together with the suppliers
• Communication and coordination with European and Asian suppliers
• Coordination of internal measures with the respective specialist departments
• Monitoring the timely implementation of measures as well as ensuring their effectiveness
• Creation of meaningful reports and key figures regarding complaint development
• Organization, participation, and follow-up of measures within the framework of audits
• Support in operational activities, such as inventory controls

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training with further training as a Meister (m/f/d), Techniker (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification, ideally in the field of Quality Management
• Experience in the field of supplier quality, complaint management, or Quality Management
• Business fluent English skills in speaking and writing
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Assertiveness as well as strong communication skills in an international environment
• Willingness to also undertake operational and practical activities
• Teamwork skills and high readiness for integration
