Your future workplace: For our client company from the field of structural engineering overall planning at the Stade location, we are looking for you as a Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) Material Controlling.

Your tasks:

• Leading teams in the execution of warehouse activities
• Passing on information to the warehouse manager regarding functions and deviations in the warehouse area, such as in relation to material stocks, warehouse personnel, machine malfunctions, and safety
• Ensuring compliance with rules and regulations regarding safety, health, and environment in the warehouse area
• Leading activities during material loading and unloading in coordination with carriers and subcontractors
• Counting, labeling, and identifying or separating material according to Release Notes, release, and packing lists
• Identifying and communicating all incidents with the received material (OS&D)
• - Collecting all documents associated with a shipment or delivery
• Inventory maintenance
• Preparation of material shipment to subcontractors
• Accompanying the inflow/outflow of material transport
• Ensuring maintenance and preservation of the stored materials
• Creating basic reports on the responsible material

Your profile:

• Completed training in the field of logistics
• Initial professional experience in the field of material controlling
• Leadership experience
• Experience in the field of warehousing and materials management
• Good English skills
• Car driver's license required
• Forklift license required
• Good knowledge of MS-Office (Microsoft Excel)
• Responsible, reliable, and committed way of working
