Your future workplace: We are looking for you as a Process Manager (m/f/d) Logistics in Oberkochen for a permanent position at the earliest possible date.

Your Tasks:

• Responsibility for the planning, implementation, and optimization of logistical processes
• Analysis of existing processes and identification of improvement potential
• Development and implementation of process standards and guidelines
• Cooperation with various departments (e.g., Einkauf, Produktion, Qualität) to ensure a smooth material flow
• Conducting training sessions and workshops to raise employee awareness for process optimization; creation of documentation and reports on process KPIs and results
• Participation in the introduction of new technologies and systems for process automation
• Support in budget planning and monitoring in the area of logistics

Your Profile:

• You have a completed degree in the field of Logistics, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of professional experience in the field of logistics or process management
• You are team-oriented, communicative, and have a high degree of responsibility.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and structured way of working
• English skills
• Sound knowledge in process optimization and analysis (e.g., Lean Management, Six Sigma)
