Warehouse Administrator (m/f/d) (Specialist - Warehouse Logistics)

Your future workplace: We are looking for you as a Warehouse Administrator (m/f/d) in Aalen for a full-time position in temporary employment at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks:

• Receipt, inspection, and posting of returns
• Clarification and coordination of return processes with internal interfaces
• Provision of materials and components for internal departments
• Professional storage and retrieval of goods
• Execution of postings as well as inventory management in the SAP system
• Communication with international SSC’s, especially in English
• Packing, repacking, as well as internal transport of goods
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and occupational safety in the warehouse area

Your profile:

• Experience in the warehouse/logistics environment, ideally with returns processing
• Knowledge in handling SAP (e.g., goods receipt, stock transfers, postings)
• Physical resilience, as heavier parts also have to be handled
• Careful, structured, and reliable way of working
• Teamwork skills as well as sense of responsibility
• Valid forklift license • Experience in an international environment
• Basic understanding of logistical processes and material flows
• English skills in speaking and writing (for communication with SSCs)
