Your future workplace: For our well-known client in the logistics and production sector based in Hamburg, we are looking for you as a Customs Clearance Clerk (m/f/d). If you already have initial professional experience and are also reliable, resilient, and flexible, then you are our ideal candidate (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- Creation of import/export documents for worldwide import/export - Organization of sea/air transport as well as coordination with logistics and customs service providers - Processing inquiries from customs authorities - Creation of Intrastat reports and preference documents - Commodity classification and coding of products - Customer support - Purchasing of freight - Customs clearance via ATLAS
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as Kaufmann (m/f/d) for Spedition- und Logistikdienstleistung and/or Kaufmann (m/f/d) in wholesale/foreign trade as well as professional experience in customs clearance - good to very good English skills - good to very good IT skills (MS-Office, ATLAS) - Commitment and sense of responsibility - High customer orientation and the ability to keep a cool head even in critical situations
