Your future workplace: Are you a clerk in Customer Contract Management / Order Processing? Then we are looking for you for an assignment with our client in Trittau from the marine and outfitting industry at the earliest possible date.

Your tasks:

• Order processing - with a high degree of complexity - from order receipt to invoicing
• Order implementation in SAP incl. order monitoring
• Shipping preparation incl. execution of dangerous goods (packing lists, freight inquiries, transport documentation)
• Application for all required permits
• Customs clearance
• Delivery date monitoring
• Customer communication
• Organic tasks

Your profile:

• Experience in order processing incl. customer communication (project experience)
• Very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Very good MS Office skills
• Knowledge of dangerous goods is an advantage
• Knowledge in logistics / shipping is an advantage
• SAP skills
