Job Profile: UX Writer & Corporate Content Designer

Modality: Hybrid (3 days in the office located in Torre MAPFRE, Reforma)

Role Objective:

Design, unify, and maintain the company's voice and tone across all its touchpoints for Digital Transformation initiatives. This profile will be responsible for translating complex concepts into clear, concise, and human messages, both in corporate and institutional communication and within the digital experience of platforms (UX Writing), ensuring a coherent narrative aligned with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Platform Communication (UX Writing & Product Copy)

• Conversation Design: Write microcopy for platforms (buttons/CTAs, onboarding flows, success or error messages, tooltips, forms, and notifications).
• Information Architecture: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to structure screen content, ensuring navigation is intuitive and reduces user cognitive load.

• Usability Validation: Participate in usability testing to iterate content based on real user behavior and retention or conversion metrics.

1. Corporate Communication (Brand & Internal Comms)

• Voice and Tone Manual: Create, document, and evangelize brand style, voice, and tone guides so that the entire team (across different business areas) speaks and understands internal process changes.
• Institutional Content Strategy: Draft key communications, Emails, training, user guides.

• Interdepartmental Alignment: Work together with areas such as Human Resources, IT, and Finance to ensure that key business messages are conveyed with absolute clarity and professionalism.

Skills and Requirements (Hard & Soft Skills)

Technical Requirements (Hard Skills):

ADVANCED ENGLISH* (B2 or C1)

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in UX Writing, Content Design, or Copywriting roles, with a solid portfolio demonstrating the difference between writing for marketing and designing content for product and training.
• Design Tools: Familiarity with design programs to create their own materials (PPT, Photoshop, Illustrator, AI content generation platforms)

• Data Focus: Ability to understand product KPIs (conversion rates, drop-off, feature adoption) and use that data to improve copy.

Soft Skills:

• Radical empathy: Ability to put oneself in the user's shoes (both internal and external) and understand their frustrations and needs.
• Synthesis and Conciseness: Ability to explain technical processes or complex business logic in clear and direct statements.

• Negotiation and Collaboration: Ease in arguing copy decisions before stakeholders, IT leaders, and business profiles, defending the user experience without losing sight of commercial objectives.
