Your tasks
Service Objective Provide specialized services in analysis, design, development, and integration on SAP platforms, participating in strategic projects of transformation, implementation, and technological evolution. The main focus is on Retail, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Commercial processes, ensuring high-quality solutions in SAP ABAP and in integrations with SAP PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite (CPI/iFlows).
Service Scope
- SAP ABAP Development: design, build, and optimize programs, reports, forms, and RICEFW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
- SAP PI/PO Integrations: create and maintain interfaces, mappings, and communication channels, guaranteeing availability and performance.
- SAP Integration Suite (CPI/iFlows) Integrations: design and develop iFlows for cloud and on-premise integrations, applying best practices for security and monitoring.
- Business processes: support solutions related to purchasing, inventory, warehouses, distribution, transport, sales, invoicing, returns, pricing, and retail operation.
- Specialized technical support: handle complex incidents, perform SIT/UAT/E2E testing, accompany production deployments, and prepare technical documentation.
- Participation in SAP projects: implementation, migration, modernization, and integration with external platforms (WMS, OMS, TMS, eCommerce).

- Stable operation of critical processes in Retail, Logistics, and Commercial.

Requirements
Experience
- +7 years in SAP environments.
- Proven experience in SAP ABAP development, SAP PI/PO, and SAP Integration Suite (CPI/iFlows).
- Participation in Retail, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Commercial projects.
- Experience in implementations, migrations, and SAP transformation programs.
Technical Knowledge
- SAP ABAP and ABAP OO, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Forms: SmartForms, Adobe Forms, SAP Scripts.
- Integration: SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), iFlows, Message Mapping, Groovy Scripting, APIs REST/SOAP, OData, IDocs, RFC, BAPI.
- Business processes: SAP MM, SD, LE, WM/EWM (desirable), Retail, Logistics, Supply Chain, omnichannel.
