We are looking for a Jr. Product Owner who will actively participate in the definition, prioritization, and management of requirements for software development teams. You will be the bridge between business and technology areas, ensuring that initiatives generate value and are delivered efficiently.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements.

Translate client or user needs into user stories and clear functional requirements.

Manage and prioritize the product backlog.

Collaborate closely with development, QA, and stakeholders teams.

Lead Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Track the progress of initiatives and ensure the fulfillment of sprint objectives.

Support the definition and validation of acceptance criteria.

Requirements

1 to 3 years of experience working with software development teams.

At least 1 year of experience creating user stories.

Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum).

Experience participating in or facilitating agile ceremonies.

Ability to translate business needs into technical and functional requirements.

Experience managing and prioritizing backlog.

Intermediate English (reading, writing, and basic communication in work environments).

Desirable

Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Experience in software development projects, digital products, or digital transformation.

Basic knowledge of agile metrics and project tracking.
