Machine Learning & Modeling Engineer

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to develop, train, and evaluate predictive models that enable the resolution of high-impact business problems.

You will participate in the design and implementation of solutions based on Machine Learning, contributing to decision-making through analytical and statistical models.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and optimize Machine Learning models.
• Implement supervised and unsupervised models for business cases.
• Evaluate model performance using statistical metrics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify improvement opportunities based on data.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of the implemented models.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and the evolution of production models.

Requirements

Technical experience

• Experience developing supervised and unsupervised models in production environments.
• Solid knowledge in validation of performance metrics:
• Precision
• Recall
• AUC
• F1 Score
• Experience in Python.
• Proficiency in Scikit-Learn.
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of applied statistics and predictive modeling.
• Intermediate English.
• Ability to communicate technical results to different business areas.
