Sr Integrations Developer (Quarkus Camel & MuleSoft)

Bachelor's degree in Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

We are looking for a Backend Integration Specialist with solid experience in the construction, optimization, and migration of event-driven architectures and microservices. The ideal candidate will combine mastery of enterprise integration patterns (EIP) on Quarkus Camel with the MuleSoft ecosystem, ensuring an efficient, scalable, and low-latency data flow.

Technical Requirements

Experience in Quarkus & Apache Camel: Creation of routes (Java/XML DSL), implementation of EIP patterns, development of Processors, and transformations (Mappers).

Knowledge in MuleSoft: Development of API-Led Connectivity, use of DataWeave, AnyPoint Studio, and deployment in CloudHub or Runtime Fabric.

Java Development: Mastery of Java (versions 11/17+) and microservices concepts, REST and SOAP APIs.

Databases and Messaging: Experience with relational/NoSQL databases and messaging brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS).

Deployment and Cloud: Knowledge of containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

English: Intermediate

Main Responsibilities

Development in Apache Camel / Quarkus: Design and implement lightweight, high-performance integration microservices using Quarkus Framework.

Orchestration and Routing: Build and optimize complex Routes for real-time message processing and transformation.

Data Processing: Implement custom Processors for advanced business logic and manipulate data flows through efficient Mappers.

MuleSoft Integration: Design, develop, and maintain integration applications in MuleSoft (AnyPoint Platform), facilitating connectivity between legacy systems and cloud solutions.

Migration/Modernization Strategy: Collaborate in the transition or coexistence of MuleSoft flows toward cloud-native architectures based on Quarkus Camel.

Quality and Maintenance: Design unit and integration tests, optimize resource consumption, and implement CI/CD best practices.
