Your tasks
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Delivery department and support new project requirements. The role involves leveraging strong business analysis and collaboration skills within a customer-focused environment to ensure project success. This position will align with Agile methodologies and contribute to the financial technology (FINTECH) sector through effective documentation, process mapping, and problem-solving strategies.
- Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed requirements documents and user stories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and objectives.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and ensure alignment with Agile methodologies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for projects, including process mapping.
- Identify and resolve business problems through critical thinking and strategic solutions.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity and professionalism.
- Support ongoing project delivery in a FINTECH-focused environment.
