Digital Systems and AI Implementer Wanted

We are looking for a technical, curious, and fast-learning person who knows how to enter a new system, understand how it works, and perform tasks within it independently. This is a multi-disciplinary and dynamic role that does not focus on a single system alone. The work includes moving between websites, digital systems, AI tools, applications, files, testing, and changing technological processes.

What do you do in this role?

• Work with various digital systems and learn new tools according to the company's needs
• Edit and maintain websites and systems, currently mainly WordPress and WooCommerce
• Work routinely with AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Claude Code
• Use AI for problem-solving, writing basic code, performing adjustments, and optimizing processes
• Learn the upload and management processes of applications in the App Store and Google Play
• Perform configurations, updates, quality testing, and correctness testing of digital processes
• Work with Excel files, Google Sheets, CSV, and information from various systems
• Connect between systems, plugins, and external services according to instructions
• Locate faults, investigate the source of the problem, and attempt to reach a solution
• Document faults and processes and transfer information in a clear and organized manner
• Work simultaneously on several projects and tasks of different types

• Ability to use AI as a work tool and not just for writing texts
• Basic understanding of code and the ability to read, modify, and test code using AI tools
• Experience working with WordPress or a similar content management system
• Logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Order, precision, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Ability to switch between different tasks without losing control
• Good English for working with systems, instructions, and technical documentation

Significant Advantage

Experience with WooCommerce, Elementor, Shopify, Claude Code, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GitHub, automation systems, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Figma, Canva, or Monday. There is no need to be a programmer, but a strong technological approach is required: not being afraid of code, knowing how to use AI for assistance, understanding the logic of the system, and being able to learn how to perform a new task even when there is no organized guide.
