Senior Designer (M/F)

Who are we?

Origin 3D is the design office of Processus Group, a historical subsidiary of the group.

Our team consists of study leads, design drafters, project managers, and also materials engineers.

With more than 20 years of experience, we design our clients' products from A to Z, from the functional specifications to prototyping, including design and electronics.

We also support our clients throughout the industrialization process, with particular attention paid to the optimization of production tools and technological support.

THE SENIOR DESIGNER POSITION (M/F)

By joining our design office, here are the missions that will be entrusted to you:

• Analyze the needs expressed by the client or the project manager,
• Develop technical or visual concepts in line with the requirements of the specifications,
• Conduct feasibility studies and propose innovative solutions,
• Produce design documents (plans, 3D models, technical diagrams, mock-ups),
• Participate in the preparation of technical files,
• Ensure the compliance of designs with current standards and regulations,
• Collaborate with the various project stakeholders (development, production, purchasing, and quality teams),
• Provide technical supervision to junior drafters if necessary.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You, if:

• You have recognized experience of more than 5 years as a senior designer (M/F),
• You are familiar with materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical constraints,
• You master design tools (CAD/CAE, 3D modeling software: SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, NX, depending on the field),
• You have the ability to write technical files,
• You have the ability to work in a team as well as independently, which has always been recognized,
• You have the capacity to manage several projects in parallel,
• You have a good command of both written and spoken English.
