THE INDUSTRIALIZATION PROJECT MANAGER (M/F) POSITION

By joining our design office, here are the missions that will be entrusted to you:

Project Management:

  • Analyze the technical specifications issued by the design office or the client.
  • Define the industrialization plan (schedule, milestones, resources, budget).
  • Coordinate the different teams (quality, production, suppliers).

Industrial Development:

  • Specify the means of production (machines, tooling, equipment).
  • Lead the validation of processes (validation plan, AMDEC, testing).
  • Supervise the manufacturing of prototypes and pre-series.
  • Support the start of series production.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Propose optimizations for processes and industrial organization.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? You, if:

  • You have recognized experience of more than 5 years as an Industrialization Project Manager (M/F),
  • You are familiar with plastic injection tooling, as well as plastic injection manufacturing and production processes,
  • You master ERP as well as project management tools (MS Projet, Gantt, etc.), the reading of technical drawings, ISO dimensioning,
  • You use quality tools (AMDEC, 5M; 8D; PDCA),
  • You know the software CATIA, SOLIDWORKS and UNIGRAPHICS,
  • You have the ability to work in a team as well as independently, which has always been recognized,
  • You have a good command of written and spoken English.
