Senior SAP PP Consultant

Lead and support SAP PP implementation, configuration, enhancement, and optimization initiatives.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP PP solutions.

Manage and optimize Production Planning, MRP, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, and Production Orders .

Support production planning processes, capacity planning, material availability, and shop-floor operations.

Configure and troubleshoot SAP PP processes in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

Work closely with business stakeholders, production teams, and IT teams to identify process gaps and implement improvements.

Support integration between SAP PP and related modules such as MM, SD, QM, and CO .

Participate in system testing, UAT, documentation, training, and user support.

Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide effective solutions.

Ensure SAP PP processes are aligned with business requirements and operational best practices.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency and production planning performance.

5+ years of hands-on SAP PP consulting experience.

Strong knowledge of Production Planning, MRP, BOM, Routings, Work Centers, and Production Orders .

Proven experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA .

Strong understanding of SAP PP integration with other functional modules.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience in manufacturing environments is highly preferred.

SAP certification is a plus.
