Production Chemist

Supervise and monitor the production of Latex, Foam, and PU adhesives according to approved formulations, specifications, and production plans.

Prepare, adjust, and optimize formulations while controlling key parameters such as viscosity, solid content, and final product properties .

Monitor raw materials and finished products in coordination with the Quality Control team.

Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot production issues, including coagulation, poor adhesion, viscosity variation, and absorption problems .

Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, minimize waste, and control production costs.

Prepare and review production and quality reports and maintain accurate process documentation.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality systems, health, safety, and environmental standards .

Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Purchasing, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth and continuous production.

Participate in production trials, new product development, and improvement of existing formulations .

Monitor production performance and recommend corrective and preventive actions when required.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality, process stability, productivity, and cost reduction .

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field .

2–5 years of hands-on experience in adhesive production , preferably in Latex, Foam, or PU.

Strong technical knowledge of raw materials, additives, formulations, and adhesive production processes .

Good knowledge of production and quality control principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel.

Good command of English , both written and spoken.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills .

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment .
