Business Intelligence & MIS

Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and MIS reports for management. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various business functions. Automate reports and improve reporting efficiency. Ensure timely distribution of daily, weekly, monthly, and management reports. Monitor data quality, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems. Support strategic planning through data-driven insights and performance analysis.

ERP Administration

Administer and support Tally ERP and other business systems. Manage master data, user access, report customization, and system improvements. Coordinate ERP upgrades, testing, and implementation of new modules. Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and liaise with software vendors where necessary.
