IT Applications Assistant

Responsibilities:

• (a) Develop, maintain, and provide ongoing support for WordPress and Payload CMS websites.
• (b) Manage CMS configurations, content structures, plugins, and themes to ensure web platforms remain secure, functional, and aligned with organizational needs.
• (c) Perform routine site updates, manage user access permissions, and ensure overall platform stability and security.
• (d) Troubleshoot and resolve website errors, layout bugs, and configuration issues.
• (e) Prepare and maintain high-level technical documentation, system documentation and user manuals
• (f) Assist internal teams and non-technical stakeholders in understanding how to manage content on the platforms.

Requirements:

• (a) Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• (c) Hands-on experience or familiarity with WordPress CMS, including website development, maintenance and administration. Familiarity with Payload CMS is a plus.
• (d) Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to troubleshoot and make website enhancements
• (e) Good analytical skills with the ability to translate content requests into clean, functional web pages.
• (f) Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with team members and non-technical stakeholders.
