Orient Group is hiring a Senior IT Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Network & IT Infrastructure .
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s network infrastructure across HQ, factories and warehouses.
- Configure and troubleshoot switches, routers, VLANs, VPNs and network connectivity .
- Manage and monitor Firewalls and network security.
- Maintain Servers, Active Directory, DNS & DHCP and user access.
- Manage and monitor data backup, restore and disaster recovery procedures.
- Monitor server and network performance and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
- Ensure data availability, security and business continuity .
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for infrastructure-related issues and projects.
- Provide technical support for HQ, factories and warehouses when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of network, servers, backups and IT assets.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Network Administration.
- Strong hands-on experience in Networking, Firewalls, Servers & Backup .
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and VPNs .
- multi-site environment experience is preferred.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree.
