Senior Health & Safety Specialist

Borg El Arab – 1st Industrial Zone, Alexandria Responsibilities : ·Conducting regular Health & Safety inspections across the factory and following up on corrective actions. ·Preparing and updating Risk Assessments for production activities, machinery, work areas and other factory operations. ·Investigating work-related accidents and incidents , identifying root causes and following up on preventive/corrective actions. ·Managing Fire & Emergency Preparedness , including emergency plans, drills and fire safety requirements. ·Conducting HSE awareness and safety training for employees and factory teams. ·Ensuring compliance with applicable Occupational Safety requirements and regulations . ·Preparing the factory for governmental inspections and handling required follow-ups. ·Coordinating with relevant authorities such as Civil Defense, Labor Office / Industrial Safety authorities when required. ·Maintaining HSE records, reports, inspection findings and corrective action tracking. ·Supervising and guiding the Safety Technicians and following up on their daily activities. ·Working closely with Production, Maintenance and other factory departments to identify and control workplace hazards.

3–5 years of experience in Occupational Health & Safety , preferably in food manufacturing.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Hands-on experience in factory safety , including: Safety inspections & risk assessments

Accident / incident investigations

Fire & emergency preparedness

Safety training

HSE legal compliance

Experience dealing with Civil Defense, Labor Office / Industrial Safety authorities and governmental inspections.

Experience supervising Safety Technicians.
