Business Account Manager

A leading global company is looking for a Business Account Manager for a dynamic and central role, involving the ongoing management of business customers in Israel and abroad, order and shipment operations, and working with international entities.

As part of the role:

• Ongoing management and handling of business customer accounts.
• Receiving orders, monitoring, and controlling ongoing activity.
• Operation and monitoring of Drop Shipping shipments by sea and air.
• Ongoing work with agents and international entities.
• Updating customers on order and shipment status and providing ongoing responses.
• Generating monitoring and control reports for customers.
• Checking customer paperwork and shipping documents, including bills of lading received from agents.
• Coordination between customers, agents, and internal interfaces for efficient and continuous handling of orders.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in the fields of import/export/international shipping/Drop Shipping – Mandatory.
• High level of English, written and spoken – Mandatory.
• Ability to work independently alongside a high ability to work in a team.
• Service orientation, excellent interpersonal communication, and good human relations.
