Accountant required for an e-commerce company

For an e-commerce company located in Neve Afek, Tel Aviv. An experienced, independent, and thorough Accountant is required for full management of the bookkeeping up to the balance sheet. The role includes: Full bookkeeping up to the balance sheet. Handling local and foreign suppliers, including FX and exchange rate differences. Reconciliations of banks, credit cards, and clearing. Handling expenses, invoices, and journal entries. Preparing reports for tax authorities and monthly closings. Working with accountants, banks, and suppliers. Improving and streamlining work processes and controls in the finance department. Type 2 bookkeeping – mandatory; Type 3 – significant advantage. 10+ years of experience in bookkeeping. Proven and independent experience up to the balance sheet – mandatory. Experience with local and foreign suppliers, FX, and exchange rate differences – mandatory. Very high proficiency in Excel, including Pivot and formulas. Experience in e-commerce / high volume of activity – significant advantage. Experience in Hashavshevet – mandatory. Familiarity with Shopify, Zoho, Dokka, or ERP systems – advantage. English at a very good level.
