Your tasks

Job Purpose We are looking for a passionate, organized professional with strong leadership skills to direct, supervise, and enhance our institution's Language Department, ensuring academic excellence from the nursery level through high school, and promoting a harmonious and collaborative work environment.

Main Functions

• Academic Management: Comprehensively organize the language department, review grades, calendars, teaching materials, compliance with curricula, and coordinate communication with external language programs.
• Teaching Leadership and Supervision: Conduct class observations, provide constructive feedback, perform daily follow-ups with teachers, and manage the work climate to ensure a productive environment.
• Community Relations: Monitor students' academic progress, conduct parent interviews, and provide institutional information to third parties when required.
• Institutional Support: Coordinate language class events and activities, attend meetings called by General Management, and actively collaborate in the Institute's general events.

Requirements

Profile Requirements

• Academic Background: Professional degree in Languages, Languages, English Teaching, Bachelor's in English Language, or a related field (Degree and professional license are indispensable).
• Language: Advanced English level (C1 or C2) verifiable with a current certification (Cambridge, TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in academic coordination or direction of the language area in schools.
• Multigrade Management: Indispensable experience supervising and designing training strategies for levels ranging from nursery to high school.
• Digital Skills: Proficiency and fluency in the use of educational platforms, school management systems (LMS), and office software.
