International Logistics Coordinator

A leading company in the professional nail application products market is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator.

Your mission will be to optimize international customer service logistics, improving costs and operating times, to ensure compliance with international regulations and contribute to customer satisfaction.

We are looking for talent with a completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, and at least 2 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in international logistics.

These will be your responsibilities:

• Track international shipments and keep customers informed about their status and possible eventualities.
• Quote transport options, compare itineraries and departure dates to optimize logistics times and costs.
• Manage international courier accounts (FedEx, UPS) and coordinate the documentation and labeling required for shipments.
• Control supplier statements and follow up on payments to ensure continuity of service.
• Keep the database of destinations and volumes updated to negotiate rates with freight forwarders.
• Manage claims with carriers and insurance companies for delays or incidents.
• Update international trade documentation (certificates of origin, MSDS, and permits) and prepare dangerous goods declarations.

Essential knowledge:

• Customs and Foreign Trade regulations
• Customer service
• Good Manufacturing Practices for Cosmetics (desirable)
• Desirable certification in ISO 9001:2015
• Intermediate English

• Monthly net salary of $15,000, with the opportunity for an increase to $17,000 once the probationary period is completed and position objectives are met.
