We are looking for a service-oriented Property Warden

In the role of Property Warden

The role of Property Warden requires a person with a developed sense of order and good communication skills. You are responsible for ensuring that our premises and apartments are in good condition, including those used by our customers and subcontractors. You will be responsible for contact with our cleaning company, landlord, our UE and consultants regarding these matters. You will monitor and follow up on the order and condition of our premises and apartments and, if necessary, rectify errors or deficiencies. Conduct apartment inspections during move-in and move-out. You have responsibility for all keys, labeling, furnishing, and preparing office spaces for new employees.

You will play an important role in Oresund DryDocks' strive to be a workplace characterized by order and tidiness as well as a good level of service. You report to our Head of Maintenance and, together with other colleagues in the department, you work to constantly improve our operations.

Characteristics

You have experience from a similar role within the real estate industry and you are a problem-solver with strong drive and a high level of service. You are meticulous and structured in your work and have a pronounced sense of order. You should be humble and preferably accustomed to working in an international environment. At the same time, you must be both meticulous and demanding and have good communication skills. You are proactive, energetic, and flexible, with a positive "can-do" attitude. You need to have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, and a driver's license for a passenger car.
