Role Description The Youth Pastor is a full-time, on-site role based in Winneba. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing youth ministry activities, including planning and conducting Bible studies, mentoring young people, and organizing discipleship programs. The Youth Pastor will prepare and deliver age-appropriate teachings, coordinate youth services and events, and provide pastoral care, guidance, and counseling for youth and their families. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with school leadership, building strong relationships with students, fostering a safe and inclusive environment, and encouraging spiritual growth and community involvement among the youth. Candidates should possess strong skills in Bible Study and Biblical Studies, with the ability to teach and interpret Scripture clearly and responsibly. Candidates should possess experience in Youth Ministry and Discipleship, including mentoring, small group leadership, and program development for young people. Candidates should possess Pastoral skills, such as providing spiritual guidance, counseling, and support while maintaining appropriate boundaries and confidentiality. Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage youth from diverse backgrounds and collaborate with staff and parents. Candidates should demonstrate maturity of character, a consistent faith practice, and alignment with Apostolic and Prophetic ministry values of the institution.
