Weekend Part Time Cook

Weekend Cook – Friday to Sunday 10am to 3pm each day/15 hours per week/ €18 per hour Donnybrook Dublin 4 location. Preparation, cooking, and serving of wholesome food, soups, main course and deserts each day for 8-12 people Preparation and cooking of light evening meal for reheating if required. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety at all times and ensuring compliance with HACCP; Ensure food is stored, labelled and dated correctly and that appropriate stock rotation procedures are followed. Menu planning Friday to Sunday and make appropriate use of available ingredients while minimising food waste. Communicate with weekday cook to avoid repetition. Adhere to the Kitchen Cleaning Rota for daily/weekly cleaning schedule. Undertake other reasonable duties relating to the efficient running of the kitchen and catering arrangements, as directed by the Prior or Bursar of the Community.
