Your tasks

• Participate in structured sales training and development activities.
• Support the execution of sales strategies and business development initiatives.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and distributors.
• Participate in market research, competitor analysis, and sales reporting.
• Support product visibility, distribution, and market penetration activities.
• Work closely with experienced sales professionals to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, or any relevant discipline.
• Must be a recent graduate with 0–2 years of work experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
• Must be proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field when required.
