About the Role We are hiring one Warehouse Packing Assistant to support the fulfilment of orders for women's sports bras and activewear.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, check, pack and label products accurately for dispatch.
  • Update order and inventory records using our Chinese-language warehouse management system.
  • Enter Chinese text, organise documents and maintain records using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Keep the packing area organised and follow safe working procedures.
  • On-the-job training will be provided for warehouse and packing procedures.

Requirements

  • No minimum academic qualification required.
  • No prior warehouse experience required; training will be provided.
  • Able to read Chinese and type Chinese text to operate our Chinese-language warehouse management system and maintain Chinese-language order and inventory records.
  • Able to read English order and shipping information and communicate in English for day-to-day warehouse coordination.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Careful, organised and able to maintain accurate packing and records.

Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, including a one-hour lunch/rest break. Five-day work week, with Saturdays, Sundays and Singapore public holidays off. Public holiday entitlements will be provided in accordance with the Employment Act.

Salary and Benefits

  • Fixed basic salary: S$2,600 per month.
  • Additional uncapped order-based performance incentives linked to business volume and actual orders processed. Calculation rules and payment terms will be discussed at interview and confirmed in writing upon hiring.
  • Employer CPF contributions for eligible employees are paid separately by the company. Applicable employee CPF contributions are deducted from salary.
  • Work injury compensation insurance provided.
  • Paid annual leave, sick leave and applicable medical benefits in accordance with the Employment Act; detailed benefits will be set out in the employment terms.
  • Salary paid on the 5th of each month for the preceding calendar month; if this falls on a weekend or public holiday, payment will be made on the preceding working day.
  • Salary review every six months, taking into account performance, skills development and business conditions.
  • Applicable overtime pay will be paid separately in accordance with the Employment Act.

Probation Three-month probation period. Termination notice requirements will be set out in the employment contract and will comply with applicable law.
