Key Responsibilities:

1. Planning of cargo logistics activities, traffic, and internal and external product security for the companies in an effective and efficient manner.
2. Manage material flow systems in the organizations in an effective and efficient manner.
3. Use available computing and information technologies in the decision-making process for the efficient operation of logistics processes.
4. Design and evaluate logistical operation strategies in internal and external networks with quality and cost criteria.
5. Apply national and international legal frameworks in supply chains and distribution of products and services according to customer needs.
6. Review and control costs within budget limits.
7. Manage export and import indicators in the areas of: logistics and shipping; and procurement, focused on continuous process improvement in order to guarantee compliance with the objectives and goals established by the company.

Manage the SGI of logistics and procurement processes.

SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES

SGI:

• Manage, coordinate, and supervise the work activities of the personnel under their charge, ensuring compliance with the integrated management system (SGI) guidelines regarding safety, health, environment, and quality.

NOM-O35-STPS-2018:

• Promote and follow up on the actions established for the prevention of psychosocial risk factors that drive social support and information dissemination.
• Detect and identify training and development needs, evaluate the performance and competencies of the work team members, and resolve the fulfillment of planned objectives. Follow up on the actions established for the prevention of psychosocial risk factors.

PSM:

• Ensure the strategy in the implementation of PSM by involving themselves in commitment to process safety, understanding of hazards and risks, risk management, and learning based on experience, respectively.
• Facilitate the availability and communication of procedures developed during the process to the corresponding areas or departments.

SEGURIDAD:

• Stop any activity that involves deviations in environment, safety and hygiene, and quality.

Requirements:

• Academic Level:
• Minimum schooling: Bachelor's degree in International Business, foreign trade, or related field
