Monitor performance indicators (OEE, Scrap, and productivity), promoting corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure the correct functioning of extrusion processes, equipment setup, operational adjustments, and treatment of process deviations.

Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Environment standards, and 5S practices.

Act together with the Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics areas to ensure the continuity and efficiency of the operation.

Lead, guide, and develop operational teams, promoting a collaborative, safe, and high-performance environment.

Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support employee development.

Conduct and support technical, operational, quality, and safety training.

Manage people routines, including time tracking, vacations, medical certificates, and other processes related to the team.

Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives, contributing to operational excellence.

Requirements:

Completed Higher Education.

Experience in leading production teams in an industrial environment.

Knowledge in production management, production planning and control, industrial indicator management, and continuous improvement.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools and analysis and problem-solving methodologies.

Intermediate English.
