Production Planner

At Netafim, we are looking for a Planner to join our team in Rucphen. As a Planner, you are responsible for creating, monitoring, and optimizing the production planning. You analyze order flows, capacities, and available resources and translate these into a feasible and efficient schedule. In doing so, you are an indispensable link between supply chain, production, planning, and customer service, and you make a direct contribution to a stable production process and high delivery reliability.

In this position, you are responsible for: Organizing and optimizing the total material and production planning;

Managing and monitoring order and production flows;

Coordinating and communicating with production and customer service;

Ensuring the planning aligns with available people, machines, and resources;

Monitoring the correct inventory and performing (regular) counts;

Monitoring the flow of goods and the use of raw materials and reel inventory;

Data management SAP/ERP;

Creating & analyzing reports regarding KPI’s.

What do you bring? HBO working and thinking level;

At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience (experience in a production environment is a plus);

Very proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel;

Advanced knowledge of Excel (macros/VBA), familiarity with AI tools or applications is a plus;

Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is desired;

Strong communication skills, you act proactively and are a true team player;

Hands-on mentality, analytically strong, accurate, and detail-oriented;

Fluent command of the Dutch and English language, both oral and written.

What do we offer you? A work week of 36 or 40 hours;

A salary between € 3.000,- and € 3.800,- gross per month, matching your experience and profile;

Travel allowance of € 0,21 per kilometer;

Holiday allowance 8% and 25 vacation days per year;
