We are currently looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join us at our São Paulo/SP unit. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-driven company, check the necessary requirements.

As a Trade Marketing Specialist you will: Act as a technical and strategic reference in Trade Marketing, leading high-impact initiatives that connect Marketing, Sales, and Channels. Responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring national/regional Trade projects, ensuring efficient use of investments, standardization of commercial practices, and increasing the company's competitiveness.

Main Challenges of the role. Structure and lead strategic Trade Marketing projects on a national or regional scale, focusing on commercial efficiency and value generation.

Define execution guidelines and investment governance for customers and channels, ensuring compliance with internal policies.

Conduct complex analyses of market, competition, and consumer behavior, transforming data into recommendations for Sales and Marketing.

Be the focal point for evaluating campaign ROI, managing the Trade Marketing budget, and optimizing resources.

Support leadership in defining trade plans by category, customer, and channel, contributing to the achievement of sell-out and market share goals.

Guide and provide technical support to analysts (mid-level and senior), ensuring the dissemination of best practices and process evolution.

Coordinate relationships with strategic customers, agencies, and external partners, ensuring excellence in campaign execution and brand visibility.

As Basic Requirements, You Must Have: Academic Background: Administration, Marketing, Economics;

Intermediate English and Spanish;

Solid experience in Trade Marketing, preferably working on national or multi-category projects;

Advanced Excel, Salesforce, CRM, BI, ROI modeling, forecast;

Experience in managing large budgets and accountability for results;

Strategic profile, business vision, autonomy, and indirect leadership skills.
