We are currently looking for a Mid-Level Product Analyst to join us at our Joinville/SC or Sumaré/SP unit. As a Mid-Level Product Analyst you will: Support product specialists in their analytical and/or operational activities, in addition to assisting in the identification of opportunities for new products and systems, ensuring their development, as well as ensuring the performance of the current portfolio, through the analysis of market needs and internal customers for Orbia B&I Brazil according to the company strategy, in order to generate competitive advantage and contribute to the sustainable growth of the group.

Main challenges of the role: Provide support to the product specialist in their activities such as, but not limited to project management, research development, information gathering, project monitoring with various company departments, report development, sending materials, contact with agencies, support and participation in fairs and training, and inclusion of purchase orders and materials in the SAP system. Assist the area in ensuring the performance of new products in the portfolio through analytical and/or operational evaluations such as, for example, billing, market, and competitors, in order to develop actions for maintenance and eventual course correction, integrating the various interested areas of the company. Analyze competitors through benchmarking and analysis of suggestions for new products and services, generating competitive advantage and contributing to the company's sustainability. Assist in the development of the Marketing and Sales strategy (Product Strategic Plan and Marketing and Sales Plan) together with the Trade Marketing and Commercial areas. Assist in the development of packaging for new products and corrections of current product packaging, aligned with the Trade Marketing and Branding departments, ensuring the best product exposure at the point of sale and the correct application of brands.

As Basic Requirements, You Must Have: Completed Higher Education in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Design or related areas to product development; Intermediate English.
