Responsibilities: Technical Positioning: Develop and expand demand generation through active participation in fairs, technical events, and relationships with producers, positioning the company as a technical reference and ensuring consistent generation of qualified leads.
Agronomic Support: Conduct agronomic support to customers in a consultative manner, ensuring the correct adoption of irrigation solutions and effectiveness in technology transfer throughout production cycles.
Management and Irrigation/Fertigation: Define and guide agronomic management practices, including irrigation and fertigation, based on technical analysis of crops, environmental conditions, and the customer's productive objectives, as well as performing the fertigation plan for the future harvest for resource planning by the producer.
Crop Monitoring and Performance Analysis: Monitor the development of irrigated crops, perform comparative crop analyses (rain, productivity, energy cost, and irrigation use), and conduct technical discussions with the producer to optimize results.
Field Results and Solutions: Continuously evaluate the performance of irrigation solutions on properties, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing technical adjustments to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Performance Indicators: Manage the pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring information quality, contact evolution, and achievement of demand generation and conversion goals.
Continuous Improvement: Develop new solutions in irrigation, fertigation, and population density, with the aim of extracting maximum value from the implemented project.
Digital Farming: Perform analyses of all farmer results through the Platform, suggest necessary adjustments, and provide guidance for improvements.
Requirements: Degree in Agronomic Engineering or related fields.
Completed postgraduate studies in the area of Agronomy, Fertilization, Pests, and Diseases.
Intermediate English level.
Experience in the role.
Intermediate knowledge in soil, fertility, and fertilization.
Intermediate knowledge of crops (corn, soy, beans, etc).
Intermediate knowledge of Market Analysis.
