Your tasks

1. Management of national transport for shipments according to the business unit or plant present, such as PVC compounds, phosphates, derivatives, and plasticizers. In the different classes of expedition such as, for example:

a. Closed boxes

b. Platforms

c. Auto tanks

d. Et cetera

1. SAP online.

1. Coordination of activities for efficient and effective shipment with the Shipping, Customer Service, SOP, and authorized Carriers areas.

1. Administration of operational personnel (shift schedule and functions).

1. Compliance with Quality and Food Safety Systems.

1. Coordinate the monitoring system to guarantee on-time delivery with national customers.

a. Follow-up on special deliveries.

b. Report to Customer Service and/or SOP the arrival of transports at destination.

c. Sending information of the day's shipped deliveries to Satellite Tracking.

1. Control and follow-up of shipped delivery notes, as well as ensuring that units are sealed versus what is documented.

1. Creation of national freight provisions (PVC, Compounds, Phosphates, and Plasticizers).

1. Invoice all remitted deliveries before leaving the CEDIS or plant.

1. Measure shipment compliance in bulk and packaged goods. (DIFOTAI delivery compliance)

1. Generation of operational control reports for the proper functionality of the area.

1. Continuity in the operation of the second shift regarding transport management, shipment documentation, and area reports.

1. Perform related and complementary tasks and functions, as required.

1. Documentation of rail shipments before the FFCC line.

Requirements

Ø Academic Level o Minimum schooling: Industrial Engineer

o Desirable area of study o Desirable additional studies: Industrial Engineer, Chemist

§ Use of data and information § Use of data analysis and interpretation techniques

§ Handling of PC and office equipment.
