Key Responsibilities:
Manage the analysis, monitoring, and closure of customer complaints, ensuring the effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Administer quality deviations related to suppliers, performing root cause analysis and following up on action plans. Participate in operational meetings and monitor key quality indicators through physical and electronic dashboards. Coordinate and ensure the correct execution of cycle count processes in warehouses, guaranteeing inventory accuracy. Investigate inventory differences, control adjustments, and ensure corresponding documentation and authorizations. Administer special warehouse locations and verify the consistency between physical inventory and the system. Prepare analyses, metrics, and executive presentations for various forums within the organization.
Requirements:
Completed Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Availability for full-time On-Site work (Culiacán) and sporadic travel. 2 to 3 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis. Desirable to have ISO 9001 and/or Green Belt certifications. Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SAP and data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI. Intermediate English.
