You will join the Transformation of Organizations and Skills Business Domain at Sofrecom. Specialized in telecommunications, this team supports companies in their strategic and operational evolutions, placing talent development and skills transformation at the heart of its priorities.
You will work on high value-added missions, involving development, rationalization, or business transformations, for the strategic, marketing, sales, and customer service departments of major telecommunications operators worldwide, whether they are mobile, fixed, media, or internet. You will be required to participate in consulting missions addressing the complex issues of telecommunications operators and all the operational activities that allow them to be resolved. You will participate in the life and development of the firm's activities: training, capitalization, animation, creation of new consulting offers.
You hold a Master's degree (bac +5) and have between 5 and 10 years of experience in consulting or in telecoms, in a consulting firm and/or at operators.
You possess the fundamental qualities of a consultant's posture: business sense, listening, open-mindedness, taste for challenge, rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, writing skills, ability to convince, strong motivation, and intellectual curiosity to develop skills in various subjects.
You are passionate about the telecommunications and digital sectors. You are proficient in the Office pack and are comfortable working in English, both orally and in writing. You have a team spirit and the ability to work in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. You like to share your practices with your colleagues.
