CDD - Client Billing Specialist M/F

Orange Wholesale Internationale is the Orange branch specialized in providing wholesale telecommunications services to operators, service providers, and partners worldwide. It plays a strategic role in network management, billing, and financial management to support growth and innovation in the international telecommunications sector. In France, Orange Wholesale Internationale ensures the compliance, reliability, and efficiency of financial processes, particularly the management of supplier invoices and provisions, in order to optimize cost management and financial transparency.

What are the main activities of the position?

• Process, validate, and monitor invoices from our clients and our suppliers
• Analyze discrepancies and/or anomalies
• Manage and monitor disputes related to invoices, in coordination with suppliers and/or clients and the back office for their rapid resolution.
• Create, update, and monitor provisions associated with invoices.
• Work in a team within a collaborative and dynamic environment to guarantee accurate and efficient monitoring of outstanding amounts.

Who are we looking for?

• You have a background in finance, accounting, and/or management
• You have 2 to 5 years of successful experience in invoice and provision management, ideally in the telecoms field.
• It is essential that you demonstrate a B2 level or higher in English, both written and spoken
• You are recognized for your rigor and flawless organization
• Possessing a logical mind, you enjoy working with numbers
• Your experiences demonstrate your ability to work in a team, share information, and collaborate effectively.
