Your Tasks
- Interface management between the Technical Documentation (DOC) department and the project organization
- Coordination and control of work packages, taking into account quality, costs, and deadlines
- Schedule, cost, and resource planning as well as continuous updating of plans
- Coordination of work packages with the specialist departments and resource coordination
- Preparation of status reports as well as evaluation of project progress and derivation of measures
- Technical support during contract negotiations with customers, partners, and subcontractors
- Identification of optimization potential as well as further development and documentation of processes and interfaces
- Ensuring quality inspection of in-house and external services as well as technical documentation and specifications
Your Profile
- Successfully completed studies in engineering or economics or a comparable qualification or professional experience
- Professional experience in project management
- Professional experience in the areas of marine, shipping, naval logistics and/or Integrated Product Support (IPS), ideally in the creation of Technical Documentation as well as in the application of ASD processes
- Comprehensive system knowledge in the area of Support System / Integrated Product Support (IPS), especially Technical Documentation
- Sound knowledge of the relevant standards, especially ASD S1000D and ASD S2000M
- Confident application of classic and agile project management methods
- Ideally existing project management certification (e.g., IPMA, Scrum or comparable)
- Goal-oriented way of working, high sense of responsibility as well as conflict avoidance and conflict resolution competence
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good written and spoken English skills
